A Journey of Passion and Creativity

Over the course of more than twenty years, I have had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the world of photography and filmmaking. I have honed my craft and developed a deep passion for bringing moments to life through the lens of my camera. With an unwavering commitment to excellence and a genuine love for what I do, my experience reflects a journey filled with artistic exploration and limitless possibilities.

From the start, I found myself drawn to the human form as an endless source of inspiration. Portraiture became my specialty, as I reveled in the challenge of unveiling the true essence of my subjects through the lens of my camera. I established a photography studio in Utah, where I lived for thirteen years. Whether it was the twinkle in someone’s eyes, the subtle curve of their smile, or their movement in space, I wanted to capture the essence of their being, freezing it in time for others to see and experience.

My artistic exploration also led me to location photography. Venturing beyond the confines of a studio, I sought to capture the beauty of the world around us. I discovered that every setting had a story to tell. With each new location, I embraced the opportunity to weave together the perfect alignment of subject and backdrop, creating visually stunning images that resonated with viewers on a deep emotional level.

As my career progressed, I found myself irresistibly drawn to pinup and boudoir photography, inspired by graphic artists such as Gil Elvgen. In this intimate genre, I was able to empower individuals to embrace their true selves and celebrate their bodies in a way that society often fails to acknowledge. Through tasteful and artistic imagery, I sought to challenge societal norms and redefine what it means to feel beautiful and confident in one’s own skin. My clients were not just subjects; they were partners in a transformative experience aimed at fostering self-love and acceptance.

In addition to my photographic exploits, I had the privilege of collaborating with yoga instructors who sought to promote their businesses through visual storytelling. Guided by my deep appreciation for the practice of yoga and the profound impact it has on both the mind and body, I endeavored to capture the essence of this ancient art form through the lens of my camera. Each photograph and video became a testament to the power of yoga to heal, inspire, and connect individuals in ways words could never fully convey.

My journey into the realm of photography began as a boy. Intrigued by the photographers in my family, I immersed myself in the study of this art form as a young man, eager to learn everything there was to know about the intricacies of composition, lighting, and storytelling. I took photography and photojournalism classes at San Diego State University, where I spent hours in the darkroom. Through countless hours of practice and dedication, I refined my technical skills and expanded my creative vision, laying the foundation for a career.
